📬 How NAGOH Business Email Works — Please Read NAGOH Mail gives your business a professional @yourdomain.com email address (e.g. jane@smithshardware.com). Emails sent to that address are forwarded to your existing inbox — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or any email you already use. You can also send and reply from your business address using SMTP (we set this up for you).

⚠️ Important: This is email forwarding, not a separate hosted mailbox. Your emails live in your existing inbox — there is no new login, no separate storage, and no built-in calendar. If you need a fully separate hosted mailbox (like a dedicated Gmail or Outlook account), we recommend adding Google Workspace instead.
Business Email Setup — Starter
One-time setup of your @yourdomain.com forwarding address. Includes up to 5 aliases (info@, sales@, support@, etc.), SMTP send-as configuration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, and white-labeled DNS. Forwards to any inbox. Up to 500 emails/day forwarded.

Review Agreement Terms

NAGOH Creative — Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between NAGOH Creative ("Provider") and the client identified in this form ("Client").

1. Services. Provider agrees to deliver the services selected above. Any services not listed require a separate written addendum.

2. Payment Terms. One-time fees are invoiced at signing and due within 7 days. Monthly fees are billed on the 1st of each month. Annual fees are billed upfront. Accounts unpaid after 14 days may be suspended.

3. Year 1 Support. All Website Package clients receive full support and content updates (up to 4 hrs/month) during the first 12 months at no charge. Additional support is $75/hr.

4. Contract Term. Monthly services renew automatically each month. Annual plans renew at 12 months. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. No refunds on annual plans after 14 days.

5. Client Responsibilities. Client agrees to provide content, credentials, and approvals promptly. Delays caused by Client may extend project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, Client owns all custom design and content created for their project. NAGOH Creative retains the right to display work in its portfolio.

7. Uptime. Provider will maintain commercially reasonable 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability. Provider's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days. Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes resolved in Houston County, GA.
