These Terms of Service govern your use of nagoh.us and any services purchased from Nagoh Creative LLC, a web design and digital services company based in Perry, Georgia. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Nagoh Creative LLC provides web design, hosting, SEO content, logo design, business email setup, and related digital services for small businesses. The specific scope of services for your project is defined in your signed service agreement (contract).
The NAGOH Plan (includes SEO): Requires a 12-month minimum commitment for the SEO component. After the initial 12 months, the plan converts to month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
Standalone Email Hosting: Billed as a single flat annual fee. Renews automatically each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Standalone SEO Plans (Starter / Growth): Month-to-month. Cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. No cancellation fee.
One-time services (logo design, website package, email setup): Non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
Upon receipt of final payment, you own the website design, logo files, and content we create for you. Nagoh Creative LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, scripts, or systems we use to build or host your site. These are licensed to you for as long as you remain an active client.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our control (force majeure, third-party outages, etc.).
Nagoh Creative LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in Houston County, Georgia.
